Branch Manager Platform

Problem

A rapidly growing national political organisation had no centralised platform. Branch management relied on a fragmented mix of manual processes, spreadsheets and disconnected tools. Onboarding a single branch required a 10-step manual process.

Solution

Designed and built a comprehensive platform from scratch covering onboarding, vetting, communications, analytics and day-to-day operations. Automated the 10-step branch provisioning process into a single action. Delivered iteratively without a full specification — identified gaps independently and built what was needed.

Impact

Now supports 300+ branches and tens of thousands of members. Replaced an entirely manual operation with a scalable, self-service system. Reduced onboarding time from hours to minutes.

Data Protection & SAR System

National Political Party

Problem

The organisation needed to comply with UK GDPR but lacked any tooling for handling Subject Access Requests or data governance. Enterprise solutions were prohibitively expensive and over-engineered for the actual need.

Solution

Built a custom platform to scan distributed mailboxes, aggregate data across systems and manage SAR/erasure workflows end-to-end. Designed for legal defensibility with a complete audit trail. Centralised all data protection workflows into a single system.

Impact

Full legal compliance at a fraction of enterprise costs. Handles sensitive personal data with complete audit trail. Scalable across the organisation.

National Political Party

Problem

Candidate applications at all levels — parish, council, mayoral and parliamentary — were managed manually through email chains and spreadsheets. Review processes were inconsistent and slow.

Solution

Built a complete application system handling document uploads, multi-stage approvals and status tracking across administrators and applicants nationwide. Automated previously manual review workflows.

Impact

Significantly reduced administrative overhead. Consistent pipeline from parish to parliamentary level. Nationwide visibility for administrators.

Problem

Organisations needed controlled access to AI capabilities without the risks of staff using consumer tools with sensitive data. Required authentication, policy enforcement and auditability.

Solution

Built a secure AI access platform with SSO via Microsoft Entra, policy enforcement at the organisational level and full audit logging of all interactions. Designed for compliance-heavy environments.

Problem

The existing website needed a complete rebuild with new membership tiers, ticketing and events management. A large volume of legacy content had to be migrated without loss.

Solution

Led a full rebuild with new membership tiers, ticketing, events management and third-party integrations on WordPress. Built custom migration tooling to restructure and move legacy content — avoiding weeks of manual work.
